4 Bedroom House, Where do I start factor!
 
Well WOW, just where do you start with any kind of description for a property like this?
 
Lets agree that it is rammed full of rural charm, traditional functionality and feel, has the radiation of history seeping from the walls and probably one of the strangest configurations you are likely to meet in Cyprus.
 
Clearly and older traditional house from the bygone age, however it was renovated initially in the 1960’s and 70’s using incredible amounts of genuine reclamation pieces of architectural importance from the Hatfield Estate and Lord Salisburys Estate in England and the famous Bush Hall Hotel.
 
These include woodwork, cornicing, windows, and so much more than a simple description field can muster up. Just believe when I say it can be viewed as a strange masterpiece or befuggled cornucopia.
 
Currently configured with two properties on the large village centre plot (with 100% build allowed) and both properties very different and both sitting over very different types of basements.

There is an open field full of fruit trees, further water features, touches of history and culture everywhere and I can only say that.
 
Located at Kritou Terra with lovely vies of the sea and mountains, it is a short drive to Polis/Latchi and some 25-30 minutes to Paphos offering a quiet relaxed yet stimulating environment.
 
From beyond the garden walls this appears to be nothing more than a wee village house. Once inside the tardis is exposed.
