The skillful hand of a talented graphic designer has brought a fresh and refined motif to the overall harmonious melody, composed of the mountainous reliefs of the countryside of Paphos.
 
As if expressing a manifesto, the architect and designer, as the conductors with a sudden wave of their conductor’s baton, they broke the calm and melodic countryside atmosphere. They brought the well-coordinated orchestra tremble at a new rhythm using a combination of «note keys» picked up from the “lower” and “upper” octaves, inscribing them into a “score” in the form of composition where the light and brutal, modern and traditional elements performed well togever in exterior, smoothly flowing into the interior with the same unique characteristic.
 
“Overture” has gone through all the stages by now and has got its full implementation. The villa is now completed. It can safely call itself the “culminating part” of the entire orchestral score, consisting of notes representing by harmonious scale, gradually decreasing in sound and tempo down to the foot of the “European City of culture”.
 
Ah, a villa overlooking the “stage” with the Cultural Paphos, which is strewn with ancient Greek amphitheaters, and with many preserved antique columns with the blue sea on the background – this is a dream!
 
In addition, in my opinion, this modern, brutal style of the villa, formed by a powerful concrete structure, but crowned with such a perfectly matched decor that immediately brings the reinforced concrete to the back turning it to just a “background”. Sensuality and warmth come to the fore, emphatically emanating from several materials used for details: glass, metal, wood and stone.
 
However, an incredible explosion in emotions, as in the above example of an “overture” consisting of high and low notes – inside this asymmetric concrete box, the designers wove the material of marble with a pattern of the most sensual graceful lines “sealed” into this stone’s structure.
At the same time, the designers gave the divine stone functionality, using it in the main rooms of the house. And not only used it for the working surfaces, but also as an element of furniture, without which no home can do – a kitchen island that divides the living spaces of the hall into zones.
 
Other elements that emphasize the sophisticated style of the Mediterranean interior of this villa sound like music to the glory of the artisanship and talent of designers. They were able to embody classical architecture into an oasis of comfort and harmony.
 
Apart the natural light color of ceiling décor with thin wooden slats, treated by protective clear varnish (to preserve the natural color and pattern of the wood), designer included 2 thin black guide lines for the rows of sport lights, but for the rest of the villa he used three basic natural shades – gray, beige, brown. Colors smoothly alternate as you move from one room to another.
 
The interior is further enlivened by warm sunlight streaming in through the huge sliding windows allow to overlook the courtyard and two-level private pool with overflows.
 
The soft pastel range of colors for the walls supported by the smooth curves of the furniture. There are tables, sofas in the living room conveniently placed in front of the TV. The colors extend to all the attributes of equipped kitchen, which include modern and retro appliances, accessories and a storage system inside lockers. 
 
This unique and well thought out villa is one of my favorite property from the whole collection of Cyprus real estates that I present to you on this website. Now the villa is completely finished and put up for sale at a good price.
This newly completed house has all the necessary title deeds in order to be transferred the ownership to its first owner upon purchasing.
